URGENT CARE EXAM/ PROVIDER VISIT: $150

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Additional services are added to the base visit fee DURING EXAM as follows:

• Point of Care Testing:

• Flu Test: $25
• Strep Test: $25
• Mono Spot: $25
• Hemoglobin/ Hct: $20
• White blood cell count: $15
• CMP: $30
• Urinalysis: $25
• Urine Drug Screen (in visit): $50
• Urine Pregnancy Test: $20
• Medications: Intramuscular or Subcutaneous Injections $25
• Tetanus vaccination: $50

• Procedures:

• Suture for cut/ Laceration: $100
• Splinting for Fracture: $100
• IV Fluids: $75 per bag
• Breathing Treatment by Nebulizer: $10
• PPD (in office visit) $75
• Ear Irrigation/Cleaning $50
• ECG: $25

Visit Example: If you have strep throat and come in for an exam and a strep test, your final price is $175 Visit

Example 2: If you have a cut that requires evaluation, stiches, and tetanus shot, the total price is $300

• Pre-Employment Physical: $125 (Provider basic physical)
• School Physicals: $50
• Sports Physicals: $50
• Adoption Physical: $50
• Employer Physicals: Contracted through Employer (See Employers Section for more info)

* Any urgent care service can be custom added onto a routine physical

We do not offer antibiotics or any other medications in-house at ERgent Med Immediate Care. However, we can provide prescriptions for medications that you can fill at your local pharmacy. This is especially convenient if you are unable to visit a pharmacy before closing hours. Please note that we do not carry pain medications, narcotics, benzodiazepines, or anxiety medications in our office.
